MySQL Connection Faulted

MySQL Database Connection Faulted STATUS Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Unknown initial character set index ‘255’ received from server. Initial client character set can be forced via the ‘characterEncoding’ property.) How can ni solve ?
