I noted another error that I thought might be significant:
[OpcUaConnection] Subscription transfer failed, id=1, status=StatusCode{name=Bad_ServiceUnsupported, value-0x800B0000, quality=bad}
This seems similar to an error in this post. OPC-UA Server Connections and Tag Issues. Any relation?
