The first error might be unrelated to the issue at hand. There were some issues with a previous build and they had to roll back some changes. Not sure on the 2nd error. Seems like it would be the main error for what you describe.

Chromium Profile Error when launching designer

I got the below error when launching the designer. This is on b2019030702, but we saw it yesterday as well. It seems to happen while the designer is loading the perspective module. This seems to be confirmed as I got the error on two gateways that have the perspective module and when loading the designer from a gateway that does not have perspective the error does not appear.
