# 7.9.13 Vision client displays differently than Designer

Version 7.9.13

have hatched indication on pump in view window

But designer shows correctly

How do I fix the client?

That looks like an access restriction/security setting on the tag and/or components involved. Start there.

that got me going to find the cause… odd settings on 3rd party system.
