I have a bunch of Edge devices that I added to my main gateway in the past but the most recent one that I added seems to be having issues. I set up a security zone for it so that the gateway should have read/write/edit permissions but when I go to the device in my tag browser in designer I can't even see the tags I just get the following error:

`com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway_interface.GatewayException: java.lang.SecurityException: Security settings do not allow access to tag provider 'edge'.`

Hello,

Are your other devices working as intended? Do you mind also sending your security settings for this device and for your other devices as well? It is also good to note that the Edge Sync Service Plug in should be included to allow reading for your remote tags. If your license does not include the Edge Sync Service Plug in, please contact [sales@inductiveautomation.com](mailto:sales@inductiveautomation.com).

I was able to fix this. There was a licensing issue that we had to get fixed. Thank you!
