I have an Ignition license with three Perspective sessions. I would like to add another session on a trial basis. Is this possible? It doesn't seem to be working on my end.

I don't think so. The "expiring" functionality of a trial license can't alter a parameter, just kill the whole module.

I recommend ripping off the band-aid and just upgrading to the unlimited license.

I couldn't agree with this more. Almost every client we've had (maybe every actually) that purchases a limited license eventually comes back and upgrades to unlimited even though we recommend it up front. Once they realize that it's not as painful as other products to set up a client and get their plant screens elsewhere, they end up wanting to use it more/everywhere.
