# Alarm Cleared but Never Active

It was not a new alarm. The last changes to the configuration of the alarm (pipeline changes) were yesterday morning.  
Then today I got an alarm cleared email which made me look into this.  
It was not a new alarm and the alarm never went active, so I don’t understand why the clear event happened.
