Alarm history is not visible in SCADA history Page, my database is connected the SCADA Gateway but in a perspective window with drop down menu it is not populating any Alarm history. Do I have to make property changes in designer ? to enable the history ? ---

Have you configured the "name" property of the Alarm Journal component to match the name of the journal you've configured in the gateway settings? The history is showing it to others but it is not visible on my laptop. I will look into the Alarm Journal Table. Thank you.
