# Alarm not sending Custom Message

I have the custom message populated but it is not sending out. The tag is part of a UDT. I thought if the Custom Message was populated it would override the message in the pipeline block. Is there something else I need to do?

Pretty sure it is the other way around.

I deleted the message in the pipeline block and got a blank message.
