# Alarm Notification showing up as conversation in a text message

When sending alarm notifications using email for text messages, I have one system that sends and it displays as a conversation. The other system it shows up as individual texts. Is this an issue that can be fixed in Ignition or something that is in the hands of the cellular provider and type of phone user has?
