What is the purpose of the "test mode" function in the alarm pipeline notification blocks? I personally see no difference whether or not it is turned on. ---

You've saved your changes to the pipeline? No project inheritance at play? You should _only_ be seeing something in the logs from `alarm.Notification.EmailNotificationProfile` at INFO level, no actual email sent. ---

"THIS IS A TEST" doesn't match the configuration of the notification block in that screenshot. Do you have any other pipelines? ---

I believe I hadn't saved my changes to the gateway, apologies for the easy to catch mistake. It seems to be functioning as expected.
