# Array Tag writing Bad\_NotFound

When I try to write to a memory string array by member I get an error of Bad\_NotFound.

For instance I create a memory test tag called array of datatype string array and if I try to write to array[0] it will fail. I can read from it fine, but cannot write. All other tags are working ok.

Any ideas? This worked in 7.9.

I think this is fixed for the 8.0.6 release.

Kevin,

Could you double check and see if it was fixed? If not I’ll have to figure out a work around as this is a vital part of one of the sub systems in the projects we create.

Never mind. Just check the release notes and it written in there.

Any idea on when 8.0.6 stable is due?
