# Automatic acknowledgement of alarms?

Hi there,

I have this case where i have a condition that only if someone is logged and the comment and cause of table row is populated we acknowledge the alarms as shown below

However i noticed even if the comment and cause fields of my table is not filled, my alarm is getting acknowledged in alot of cases

Does anyone know why?

My Ack Mode is set to manual for the alarms too

I'm guessing your gateway "Live Event Limit" is still set to the default of 5:
