I'm doing a bit of testing with the barcode module and have run up against this problem: It seems that once I pass a string to the module it ignores future occurrences of that string (i.e. they must be unique). Here's my on scan script:

> [@](#):
>
> from java.util import Calendar
> now = Calendar.getInstance()
> t\_stamp = system.db.dateFormat(now.getTime(),"yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss")
> val = system.db.runUpdateQuery("INSERT INTO ScanQueue(ScannerId,ScanValue,ScanTimeStamp)VALUES (" + str(scannerId) + ",'" + text + "','" + t\_stamp + "')","TnT\_Local")

It works fine as long as the scanned value is unique. Regardless whether or not it's still in the database. Any ideas?

I guess I’ll answer this one myself. It doesn’t work with Internet Explorer, at least not 11.0. I also noticed that the feedback message doesn’t update in IE. Works fine in Chrome.

Thanks for the update, not sure when we’ll be able to update this for IE compatibility, but I’ll make a note of it.
