# Binding Issue in the perspective

Hi there,

I have an OPC tag in the tag browser. Once I drag that tag into param property of an embedded view, it shows me the value of the tag. However, I am more interested in the tag path. Can anyone please tell me how I can get the tag path by dragging tag to the params of an embedded view.

You have to right click tag and select **copy path**  
The create parameter or custom propery and paste
