# \[Bug-10651\] Dark Foreground/Background on new tool-tip style

This obviously isn’t the biggest deal but the dark foreground/background of the designer tooltips makes it very difficult to read. I’ve noticed it on the component palette and property editor windows.

Mine was doing that, now it is not… I am not sure why though…

I think it’s only certain designer windows. My perspective property editor and component palette are fine - it’s just the vision component pallets that I see it.

Yes, this is an issue with the current look and feel - we're waiting on an updated LaF. Thanks for reporting, though.

Yeah, it might feel kind of “random” but it’s not: it’s on tooltips that use HTML formatting.
