# \[Bug-11454\] OPC-UA New Connection Read-Only shows twice

This is a known issue with this page. To my knowledge only one of them actually sets the read-only mode and the other just needs to be cleaned up.

This issue was fixed in the build that was uploaded on 11/8. Please let us know if you continue to see this behavior after upgrading.
