Hello I try to import my project which is created with 7.9.10 to v8. The problem is when I run projects the runtime only show gray screen with yellow evaluation timer at button. In designer, I use a custom font but the font doesn’t render properly. (the font is installed and server is the same with old one) Also I feel designer a little laggy compare to 7.9.10 Is there any procedure I should do for migration? Thanks. ---

Hi Nader Have you tried creating a 7.9.10 gateway backup and then restoring it on the 8.0 Gateway and seeing if you get the same results? If the issue is still present you could always send us the backup so we can continue investigating the issue ---

Hi anjoroge Yes I try both methods and get same result. - install new fresh ignition v8 and restore my backup gateway from v7.9.10 - upgrade the gateway 7.9.10 to ignition 8. The problem: - Client runtime only show gray screen with trial timer bar at bottom - my fonts can’t detect by igntion v8(which is already working with 7.9.10) - some animation doesn’t work. I attack my backup, please first install fonts and see the project with 7.9.10 and then go to v8 to see the problems. This issue was fixed in the build that was uploaded today (2/21). Please let us know if you continue to see this behavior after upgrading. ---

The Gray screen solved but font problem is still remain.
