# \[BUG -- 5372\] Vision Shelve Timer Change Doesn't Take

Vision with 8.1.24  
I think there's a bug with the shelve timer(s).

If I shelve a few alarms for 5 min, delete them from the shelve, and then re-add them for say 8 hours, the alarms will still come off the shelve after 5 min. Within the shelve list they show the 8h timer but within Ignition they must still be linked to 5 min.

Hi, this behavior is known and a bug ticket has been created for it. Unfortunately there is not a current work around. If you'd like to be notified when a fix has been made, please open a ticket with Support so an Engineer can reach out.
