# \[BUG\] 8.1.0 Vision you can no longer duplicate a Window by copying it and pasting

You must select the parent folder first. In 7.9 you could just paste it while the Window was still selected which was far more convenient.

This is the same issue now with duplicating tags within the tag editor. It’s a bit annoying
