When a view contains elements positioned outside the original view bounds and you switch the coordinate mode from "percent" to "fixed" and back, the view bounds automatically resize to encompass those out-of-bounds elements. I notice it only seems to be an issue when elements extend beyond the right boundary - out-of-bounds elements on other sides don't cause this problem ---

I'm going to upvote myself. Still an issue. I use out-of-bounds elements a lot.
