When copying and pasting tag(s) within a folder in the the tag browser, the first paste creates the new tag in the active folder but pressing paste a second time now pastes in the root.

I would expect to continue creating instances in the same folder. I find this behavior to be a bit unexpected and at most a minor annoyance. It is a loss of convenience that would be nice to have back to the way it functioned in previous versions.

Ex. I have a memory tag in _Folder A_ and need to create two more. I select _Tag1_ and copy it (ctrl+C), then press paste twice (crtl+V, ctrl+V). First instance _Tag2_ is created in _Folder A_, second instance is created in the tag root and named _Tag1_ again. In the past _Tag3_ would have been created in _Folder A_.
