v8.1.19

I changed the poll rate of a tag group and I didn't see a change in the poll rate in the connected PLCs.

So then I _deleted_ the tag group altogether, and still the PLC kept the same poll rate and the tags remained happy with `Good` quality 🤔

I have a single gateway. Very strange...

I've tried:

- restarting the OPC-UA server
- restarting the Gateway: **this fixed it** - now changing the poll rate updates as per normal

Bug reports are only taken seriously if you reproduce them against the current version 🙂

(kidding, kinda, sorta)
