# \[Bug?\] Unable to drop templates in Vision windows or template designer

Using today’s build (b2019022702) I attempted to modify an existing template by dropping another template into it in the designer. I was unable to drop that template in the designer, instead the cursor turned into a circle with a line through it. I attempted to drop a newly created template into a new main window and a new template as well and got the same effect. I was still able to drop in the standard components. There is no output to the system console or errors generated, the window or template simply remains unchanged.

Hi!

This may be the same issue mentioned in [[BUG -12995] Not able to add templates to a vision Window](http://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/bug-12995-not-able-to-add-templates-to-a-vision-window/23021)

We have a ticket currently being worked on and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

This should be fixed as of 3/26 - please let me know if you are still seeing this issue.
