What are happenning after I lock phone even I anabled Edge backrgound app refresh and it's working fine on desktop: WebSocket disconnected from session Websocket connection errored out irreversibly. Any ideas would be appreciated, I lost mobile divice connection immediately once I locked phone. ---

many mobiles will turn off apps to preserve battery when locking the phone. what are you trying to do that you need constant connection? ---

I don't mind battery saving stuff, all I want is working without refreshing. ---

Your phone is cutting the browser connection to the gateway. You have to fix this at the phone. As Victor notes, this is probably a power-saving "feature" of your phone. Find out (from phone information/settings) how to exempt your browser from this "feature". Ignition isn't the problem. The phone is the problem. ---

For iPhone, it doesn't work even we enable background fresh, it's not going to work for all iPhones. ---

You might have more luck with the ignition app. But i doubt it will make a difference, apple is annoying like that, nothing we can do about it. ---
