Alberta doesn't change its clock from daylight savings now, and is permanently UTC-6.

Ignition Gateway fell back to UTC-7 despite host server (Ubuntu) having correct time zone data

```python
# latest package with update timezones
tzdata: 2026e-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
# updated ignition.conf
wrapper.java.additional.8=-Duser.timezone=America/Regina
```

Ignition on my Windows machine follows system time zone successfully though.

I'm on 8.3.8, I noticed that 8.3.10 has update the JRE with tzdata that includes updates to British Columbia but NOT Alberta or Manitoba

You or anybody else running into this can talk to support and they'll be able to give you some instructions or walk you through manually updating the tzdata. It might be 8.3.12 before have a release available that includes a JDK with the new tzdata.

8.3.11 has an updated JDK but it's one focused on security patches, and I'm not sure yet if it includes a tzdata update or not.
