I think the [Box and Whisker Chart](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/display/DOC81/Vision+-+Box+and+Whisker+Chart) is what you're looking for.

If the line intersects, then likely not. But, here is one [using the Paintable Canvas](http://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/dynacard-graphing-part-2/8255/15) to create a dynagraph.
