Ignition 8.1.17

Hello all,

We have a view on a Perspective page that stop to work suddenly.

It seems, a transform script use the copy.py library, that use the weakref.py library, that failed to import ReferenceError from exception (from exceptions import ReferenceError)

![ReferenceError](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/3X/1/6/168200c2bb4b05948ceb813b843522b5cac8f1b6.jpeg)

The same view works when I start the project on a redundant gateway...

Not sure what to do with that. Does anyone have an idea? Otherwise I will need to call the technical support.

Hello vrautomation,

If you could check your pylib folder by navigating to C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\user-lib\pylib

Can you confirm if you have copy.py and weakref.py in this folder? If they are in the pylib folder I would suggest opening a support ticket so we can take a look at your project to confirm the issue.
You can contact Inductive Automation Support by going to the link below.

The support ask to reinstall Ignition completely.
