# Can't restore a backup

Hi everyone,

I'll try to use [Flintium Ignition Faceplates](https://github.com/jlbcontrols/Flintium?tab=readme-ov-file), but when I try to restore the backup, I have the error "Ignition Gateway is UNKNOWN".

I know that many errors can apply.

This is the wrapper:

Are you trying to run multiple Ignition Gateways on the same computer?

It's failing to start because something is already bound to port 8060.

Indeed, I already had one Ignition Gateway on the same VM.

I used another VM to do the backup and it worked.
