# Clients not updating changes but shows the orange update bar

I have been having this issue on my computer for a long time. I can make a change on designer and hit save and see the orange bar show on the client but the change is not there. And i close the window out in designer and it asks me to save it and i do again. Orange bar once again, but no changes are saved on clients or designer. Also projects i open up do not have the same windows as the running clients do but this is only happening on my computer.
