Is it possible to change the color of folders and tags inside a UDT?

You can change the sub-color of UDT tags:
By double clicking the tag under the UDT and editing the 'Type Color' property:
The base color of white for the tag is not changeable as far as I know. I also do not think you can change the color of the folders.
