# Connect Ignition Scripting Environment to PyCharm or other editors?

Is there a way to connect ignition's scripting environment to PyCharm for a smoother user experience when developing and troubleshooting code?

Only one I'm aware of is the [Flint](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Keith-gamble.ignition-flint) plugin for VS Code.
