# Connecting to Oracle Database hosted on AWS

I am having problems connecting ignition to a remote cloud hosted database. I believe the problem is on the connect url. I could not find the IP address of my database so I use the amazon endpoint which is the one I used to connect using datagrip. I have search for relevant info on the forum and the manual but I could not find something useful. Any help is appreciated.
