Hello,

I recently had an issue where the gateway connection was lost and then restored but the Gateway Connection Lost dialog box didn’t disappear. I’ve included a partial screen shot below.

What could be keeping this dialog box up? This is on a large Andon display board so I really don’t want to have to remotely log in every time this happens.

Thanks!

What version of Ignition are you running? We believe this issue has been resolved for Ignition 7.7.

Hi Dave,

Is this problem the known issue for Ignition 7.6 and below? I have the same issue frequently when changing screen, then user need to relogin.
