I think, this wonderful message is relevant even today and will remain relevant tomorrow as well. To capture the Indian subcontinent market (India+Pakistan+Bangladesh), IA university courses can be translated into:

Tamil (Mother tongue of Sundar Pichai, Google), Malayalam, Telugu, Kannadam, Hindi, Urdu and Bangla.

This region has a population of 1.7 billion and world's largest pool of working age population. Ignition experts and freelancers can take IA university as the benchmark and roll out their own localized courses in Udemy, Youtube and so on. If IA can directly engage these experts, it will be a master stroke.
