# Core Certification status stuck on "In progress" after completing the test — no response from support

Hi everyone,

I completed the 2026 Core Certification test a while ago, but my status on the account portal (`account.inductiveautomation.com/training`) is still showing "In progress", even though I finished all sections and submitted the exam.

I already emailed `training@inductiveautomation.com` explaining the situation and providing my account details, but I haven't received any response yet.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for your status to update after completing the test? Any advice on the best way to get this resolved or reach the right team?
