I am trying to automate the task of setting up new locations on my Gateway. I have scripting that creates the DB connection, calls some stored procedures to create and configure the DB in MSSQL and modifies some tables for the new location. What I need to do now is create the Realtime provider (like I did for the DB Connection) with scripting.

No, there is no such function or way to add a Realtime Provider via scripting.
