# Datalogic Scanners

If trying to get Barcode data from DataLogic scanners via UDP.  
I have the second channel set to a specific port and the proper IP address of the Gateway.  
The Gateway shows the scanners connected yet I am not receiving any data.  
The data is being written to a database based upon a TagChange of the LastReceivedTime.  
Any ideas or suggestions?

I'm a little confused. The scanner's data is getting logged to the database?

I think he means that is what it should do, but isn't because the data isn't updating the tag?

I misspoke, the data is supposed to be logged in the database.  
I found the issue. Incorrect scanner configuration.
