Does someone knows about DataParc and ParcView?

I’m new in a company that have this tool but do not use it a lot. I’m trying to have information about it but unlike Ignition, the documentation and training are not free so it’s hard to make my mind.

How does ParcView compare with Ignition? Any information would be usefull to make my mind.
