# Deleting tags using a EAM task send Tags

I've a generic question about the EAM task sen tags.  
Can a, EAM task send tags also delete TAGS in the target tag Provider.  
For example, if tags in the controller have been deleted because they are no longer needed, will the EAM task also remove the said tags on the target tag provider?

Yes , I have. an EAM tasks only copies tags. It does not remove tags
