# Designer is not launching

hello there …  
I am having a issue to start the designer and it just pop me up the message  
Launch errror occurred " cannot comunicate with the gateway"  
So I look onto the wrapper file this is the only thing is

I already check the java and I do not know why the java is time out  
Could you help with this please?
