@gnguyen I have a more detailed message [HERE](http://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/launch-error-occured-gateway-requires-ssl/25471/5) for if you are using the self signed and autogenerated certificate.

@joyja I would recommend calling into support so they could help you though determine what the issue is.
