**Ignition standard 8.3.2 (b2025120210)** The **Ignition Designer Launcher opens normally** and successfully reaches the **login screen**. The **username and password are entered correctly** , but **after submitting the credentials, the Designer closes automatically** and **does not load the project or show any error message**. In summary: - The Designer **launches correctly** - The **Gateway is reachable** - The **login screen appears** - **Credentials are accepted** - **Immediately after login, the Designer closes and nothing opens** This indicates that the issue occurs **after authentication** , during the **Designer startup / project loading phase** , not during network connectivity or initial gateway access. > [@ricardoasalgador](#): > > I test on two difernt computers, and same result. Usually this kind of error means the full command wasn't copied/pasted correctly and/or is missing some quotes. ---

I Copied several times, i have the notepad and sublime text, and still getting the same msg. Now a other partner is having the same issuee with the same Gateway. I wonder if the syntax needs to be slightly different in PowerShell. Can you try it in the regular terrible cmd.exe command prompt? ---

huh thats odd, can you check your gateway install directory for `lib/opt/jxbrowser` and see if there are a number of jars in there? I do agree with Kevin that at this point you might need to reach out to support
