Somehow, without having updated, the Ignition Designer stopped being slow on startup.

It appears there was another Windows Defender update ([1.421.1831.0](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/definitions/antimalware-definition-release-notes?requestVersion=1.421.1831.0)) that also resolved the issue according to the blog from TeamDev (Same link as @michael.flagler posted earlier in the thread).
