# E-mail notification not working

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to set-up an e-mail notification for some alarms. I've configured the alarm notification profile using the outlook SMTP server. Anyone knows how to solve this or where the problem may be?

When I test the alarms, I get this error in the logs:

I'd have IT confirm Ignition is not being blocked from talking with the host.
