# Easy Chart Adjustable Pens

I would like to make an “adjustable” pen on an Easy Chart. I can make a calculated pen with a set value but must edit the pen if I would like to change the value. I would like to place a numeric input field on the chart to easily change the value.

Hi,  
You should be able to do so by following theses steps.  
First manually create your pen (i beleive it is a Calculated Pen with Constant function).  
Then put a Numeric Text Field on your window.  
And finally under the “Calculated Pens” property of the easy chart, add a cell update binding.
