# Email Alarm notification

I have configured alarm notification pipeline in my ignition project and testing the same with one Boolean tag.  
I am able to get the notification when alarm is active. But not getting notification when i acknowledge OR clear the alarm.  
Refer below setting for more details:

What should be the issue?

Look in the pipeline settings for its dropout conditions. The defaults are suitable for active pipelines. You probably want to set up separate pipelines for the different alarm states, with appropriate dropout conditions.
