Hello, everyone!

Recently, we had to change the Windows server for one of our Ignition systems and migrate from version 7.9 to 8.1. The process involved first installing 7.9 (by restoring a gateway backup from the old server) and then updating to 8.1.

Everything went well, and everything is working as intended. However, I have a lot of entries in the gateway log with this error: "ERROR(200): Unable to parse message." (Full message below.) The IP addresses of the clients are included in the error message, but those clients/workstations can still open and use the visualization apps without any issue.

Has anyone had this problem before and could give me some advice? Unfortunately, there isn't much information about it here in the forum.

Thanks in advance!
