# Error 499 Perspective

Hi,  
When I’m lauching any pages I have this :

Dont know why because it happend suddently without saving something on my project

The problem could be from session\_custom ?

Are you using NGinx? Quick searches online suggest the 499 status code is NGinx-specific and a result of connections being closed before a server can respond.

I’m not using NGinx

By the way i could fix the problem by disabled my anti virus, but I think it’s not a good alternative

Do you have other ideas ?

It sounds like your antivirus is acting as a [man in the middle](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man-in-the-middle_attack) on your own traffic (and probably using `nginx` internally).
