Hello friends We are trying to activate an ignition license and this error message appear. License file “data\license.ipl” does not match host system. and then this message error message appears Activation request failed [code = 13, message = no activation left] If anyone can help me I really appreciate Regards ---

That means the license has already been used. If you decommission a server, you must de-activate the license before you shut it down. If you can no longer start the old server to perform the de-activation process, you will need to contact support to reset the license. ---

Actually, the first message means the hardware changed in the system so the license isn’t valid any more.
